His passionate discourse resonated deeply with the students, motivating them to aspire for excellence and resilience in their pursuit of maritime success.

The gratitude expressed by Capt. Maximo Pestano, BMA School Administrator expressed that the PTC Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) reflected the significance of such initiatives in enriching students 'educational experiences. This is a great opportunity for our students as you have provided insightful and inspiring words of wisdom and imparted your expertise. To our dear students, I hope that you will make diligent efforts, invest your time in learning and preparing, be ready, and overcome the challenge. This does not happen every day, and again we are very grateful to PTC for being with us today. Join me, cadets, in thanking the PTC team by giving them a warm round of applause," said Capt. Pestano.

As the session concluded, attendees departed with a newfound sense of empowerment and readiness to embrace the challenges of their future careers. These students look forward to participating in the upcoming mock interview at the PTC office on March 21 with the hope of preparing them as they apply for their cadetship program.
