Building Bridges, Setting Goals: PTC's FCR rings in 2024 with GMP Families
FEBRUARY 8, 2024
Philippine Transmarine Carriers (PTC)'s Family and Crew Relations (FCR) team ushered in the New Year with a dynamic kickoff event titled "New Year, New Me." This gathering, specifically organized for PTC's Global Maritime Professionals (GMP) and their families, aimed to introduce them to the services provided by PTC FCR. The event also served as a platform to foster connections among GMP families and to kickstart a purpose-driven 2024 by helping participants set financial, career, health, wellness, and personal goals for the year. Ms. Normie Hernandez, FCR Manager, commenced the event with an insightful introduction to PTC FCR's services, reassuring attendees of PTC's commitment to the well-being of GMPs and their families. Following this, Ms. Malou Pangilinan led an engaging discussion and facilitated fun games, fostering a sense of camaraderie among the participants. Prizes and special treats added a delightful touch to the event, creating a positive and lively atmosphere. To encourage ongoing participation, attendees were provided with a special PTC FCR "passport," symbolizing a commitment to stay engaged with the array of activities organized for their welfare. The event not only marked a festive beginning to the year but also laid the foundation for a community-oriented and goal-driven 2024 for PTC's Global Maritime Professionals and their families. |
