PHILCAMSAT welcomed Mr. Gerry Buchanan, Managing Director of the Liberian International Ship and Corporate Registry, to the MAST in Cavite last June 7, 2023. The Liberian Registry is the world's second-largest registry, renowned for excellence, safety, and innovative service. It is comprised of more than 5,600 vessels aggregating over 242 million gross tons, representing 15 percent of the world’s ocean-going fleet. The Liberian Registry is recognized at the top of every industry “white-list” including the International Maritime Organization and major Port State Control authorities.
HMI strengthens its commitment to customer centricity
Health Metrics Inc. (HMI) strengthens its commitment to customer service as it kicked off the first module of its Customer Centricity Training Program. The learning series is being conducted by Customer Engagement Champ Ms. Maria Luz Pangilinan and involves the enthusiastic participation of representatives from HMI's Makati and Pasay clinics. The first two sessions were conducted last May 4 and 24 respectively.
