PHILCAMSAT is proud to share the successful pilot run of the Crew Resource Management Workshop with Dyson’s Design Engineers held on October 23, 2025. The session was facilitated by Mr. Mark Que, Behavioral Program Head, and Ms. Hyacinth Sales, who guided participants through interactive discussions and activities.
The workshop focused on strengthening teamwork, communication, situational awareness, and decision-making — essential skills that help teams perform effectively and work together toward shared goals. Participants actively engaged in the learning process, applying practical insights that can be used in their day-to-day operations.
This pilot run marks a meaningful milestone for PHILCAMSAT, as it reflects its growing capability to deliver high-impact training programs not only for the maritime industry but also for professionals in other sectors.
