The Mapúa-PTC College of Maritime Education and Training at Mapúa Malayan Colleges Laguna has successfully passed the Joint CHED-MARINA Follow-Up Monitoring held on October 3-4, 2024. The monitoring aimed to ensure the closure of identified audit findings from the initial review conducted on June 21, 2024. The evaluators focused on addressing key areas identified in the Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation and Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering programs.

This follow-up evaluation was conducted under the guidelines of Joint CHED-MARINA Memorandum Circular No. 1, Series of 2022. The successful audit reaffirms the institution’s commitment to maintaining high standards in maritime education, ensuring that it continues to produce competent and globally competitive maritime professionals.
