MCL and Business College of Athens conducts webinar for MSc in Shipping Business

Malayan Colleges Laguna organized a Program Info Session for the Master of Science in Shipping Business, delivered live via Zoom on October 20, together with the Business College of Athens, and Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc.

The webinar provided a comprehensive discussion about the specifics of the Master’s Program. The first topic was delivered by Mr. Harris Daskalakis, President and CEO of Business College of Athens. He talked about Shipping Business as an Industry, honing in on Shipping Business in Greece, and highlighting the advantages of taking this program, such as the future professional opportunities in Greece. The second topic was led by Capt. Armando Ternida, Dean of the Mapúa-PTC College of Maritime Education and Training, focused on why one should upskill in the maritime and shipping industry.

During the second part of the program, a representative from MCL’s Admissions Office, Mr. Ian Paulo Chu, discussed the step-by-step application and enrollment procedures as well as the enrollment requirements. It was followed by a Question and Answer session where the attendees were given the chance to raise their questions with regards to the Master’s Program.
