Creating a stronger talent pipeline with PTC TAG and partner schools

DEC 2, 2022

The PTC Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) continues to connect and engage with colleges and universities to help develop a large pool of promising candidates and a stronger pipeline of potential hires for the PTC Group.

TAG's recent visits to Wesleyan University, PHINMA Araullo University (PHINMA AU), and Gloria D. Lacson Foundation Colleges, Inc. together with Monique Calo of PTC Aviation Training Center and Jamaica Magno of PHILCAMSAT proved that there are a lot of schools open and willing to partner with PTC.

"Lahat pala talaga ay andito na sa PTC!" said Dean Emerita J. Modesto of PHINMA AU. Dean Emerita was so thankful that the PTC Group visited their campus and committed to endorsing PTC to all PHINMA schools around the country.

Prof. Judiliza Velayo, Secretary, College of Medical Sciences, and Dr. Juan Jerome Malaca, VP for Administration and Finance, welcomed the team and shared their interest to see what Lifelinks International Resources can do to help over 200 Wesleyan nursing students graduating this coming semester.

On the part of Gloria D. Lacson Foundation Colleges, Inc., Dr. Hossain VC. Shamsoddin Vostakalaei, President of Gloria D. Lacson, said that a partnership between PTC and Gloria D. Lacson presents huge possibilities for the many students taking up Tourism Management and HRM at their college.

Capt. Florencio Jampil, Business Development Director for Crewing and Shipmanagement, commented that he sees a lot of potential in the partnership of PTC with Gloria D. Lacson since they own a hotel in Nueva Ecija where graduates can train and gain experience as they prepare to apply for jobs with PTC.

The Talent Acquisition team continues to promote and partner with the different business units of the PTC Group and eventually open opportunities for their respective services. "We continue to promote PTC as a strong brand so that we can attract and engage with the right people, building and growing a solid pipeline to create a sustainable supply of talents for the current and future needs of PTC," said Capt. Enrile, head of PTC TA.
