The PTC Project RISE Team successfully spearheaded an introductory and alignment meeting for the RISE Bacoor City Mobile App last November 18 at the Bacoor Government Center. Bacoor Disaster Risk Reduction & Management Office officials and personnel attended the meeting with Smart Development Institute (SDI) President and US-Philippines Society Member Mr. Roberto Llames.

The RISE Bacoor City Mobile App is a technology solution developed by RISE partner, Smart Development Institute (SDI), in collaboration with the US-Philippines Society. It aims to establish, implement, and sustain disaster preparedness programs, aid the digital transformation of Project-RISE partner communities, and bridge the communication and collaboration gaps between the LGU and its citizens.

Bacoor DRRMO officials and personnel were able to get a glimpse of the RISE Bacoor City Mobile App for them to review and provide feedback for further improvements.
