Family and Crew Relations

Through PTC’s Family and Crew Relations (FCR), we build an environment and culture of care that has been a key element in the very high overall retention rates of our global maritime professionals.

A key element of FCR’s services is the PTC Life Skills Platform which offers seafarers and their families a diverse range of activities on entrepreneurship, livelihood, health and wellness, and spiritual renewal throughout the year. The program aims to harness value formation, personal development, and financial literacy; it partners with seafarers and their families to help them develop additional income streams and build generational wealth for their families.
