– Maritime Education Unit (MEU) under the Commission on Higher
Education (CHED), represented CHED in the finalization of the
Philippine response to the European Commission (EC) Report findings
on the country’s maritime education and training standards.

C/E Haboc was part of the task force
that participated in a 10-day lock-in
workshop at the Lima Park Hotel in
Malvar, Batangas to work on the
Philippine response. The task force
was composed of MARINA and CHED
personnel and also included MARINA
