More than 600 doses of AstraZeneca were administered to RISE
volunteers and community leaders
of Balayan, Batangas last January
13, 2022 through the efforts of
Project RISE. The jabs serve as the
2nd dose for the RISE volunteers
initially vaccinated in October. The
vaccination was conducted through
the assistance of the Office of
Municipal Councilor Carlos Ermita
Alvarez and the Don Manuel Lopez
Memorial District Hospital.

Sea Mariners successfully completes pilot delivery of program

PTC’s Sea Mariners successfully
completed its pilot run with the
delivery of its 10th session last
December 4, 2021. The entire pilot
program ran for 10 weeks with
sessions that focused on water
conservation, sanitation, SOGIE,
disaster preparedness, fire and
earthquakes, and climate change. The
pilot program drew the participation
of various youth organizations and
was organized by ASSIST, the
implementing partner of RISE.
