The PTC Group helped establish the very first computer laboratory of Tagumpay Integrated School (TIS) in San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija with a donation of refurbished desktops and laptops. The donation was turned over by PTC’s Capt. Ronald Enrile, Head of the Talent Acquisition Group, and Capt. Florencio Jampil, Director of Business Development for Crewing and Ship Management, to Mr. Rommel Oanes, Principal of TIS on November 16.
Prior to this donation, the students of TIS had to rely solely on printed reference materials for their computer lessons. With the establishment of the PTC Computer Laboratory, TIS students from elementary through high school will have access to desktops and laptops to aid their hands-on learning experience for their computer subjects. 
The initiative was made in cooperation with the Capt. Ronald Enrile Foundation and the Kapatiran Masonic Lodge No. 228 of Nueva Ecija through Worshipful Master Capt. Florencio Jampil. Through this cooperation, a previous donation of a 55" TV was made for the school’s AV Room. The team is also conducting a regular feeding program for TIS students. PTC has also previously donated books for the TIS Library through the PTC-CSJ Foundation. |
