As the PTC Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) actively advocates PTC's aspiration of creating vast opportunities for every Filipino, over 300 job applicants had a chance to apply for sea-based and land-based jobs during a Special Recruitment Activity (SRA) held last September 25 at the Activity Center of Walter Mart Nasugbu, Batangas City. This event was in cooperation with Nasugbu's Public Employment Service Office (PESO) and the Municipality of Nasugbu. Recruitment officers from Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc., Jebsen PTC Maritime, Inc., and Lifelinks International Resources, Inc. showcased over 100 job opportunities to Nasugbueños and residents within the province of Batangas in the whole-day activity. 
Jeffrey Catapang, a Storekeeper on board a cruise ship, has taken the opportunity to apply for a position at Jebsen PTC. "Mabilis naman po yung process ng pag-aapply. Iniinterview talaga nila kami at chinecheck ang mga qualifications and experiences namin. Hopefully matanggap ako kasi nakasakay na rin po ako dati sa ibang agency, pero nung nalaman ko na pupunta ang PTC dito, nagtry na ako kasi malapit sa akin, di ko na kailangang lumuwas sa Makati. Nakakatuwa nga na kayo pa talaga ang pumunta dito. Good job at salamat po sa pagpunta po dito sa Nasugbu,” he shared.
On behalf of Acting Municipal Mayor Hon. Mildred Sanchez, Nasugbu PESO Manager Mr. Alvaro Joshua Zabarte expressed gratitude to The PTC Group. "Maraming salamat po sa PTC dahil kayo po mismo ang kusang nagpunta para bigyan ng trabaho ang aming mga kababayan dito sa Nasugbu at sa ibang bayan sa Batangas. Kami sa PESO ay natutuwa dahil hindi lang isa, kundi tatlong company ang dumating para magbigay ng opportunity para sa lahat ng nandito ngayon," he said.
