3E Eddie Udani overcomes pandemic challenges to move the world with PTC

3rd Engineer Eddie Udani has faced many challenges in his life, but he always found strength with his family. "Inspirasyon ko po ang aking minamahal na pamilya kaya ako ay patuloy na nagpupursige at nagtrtrabaho para sa kanila," he said.

It was this strength which drove 3E Udani to continue persevering even after the pandemic affected the industry and he was unable to go on board until restrictions eased up in 2022.

Searching for better career opportunities, 3E Udani later submitted his credentials to the PTC Talent Acquisition Group where his qualifications met the requirements of PTC Crewing Manager Benjamin Marano who managed the NSB account.

Throughout the process, 3E Udani was impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the PTC team. He felt that he was being attended to and given guidance as to what process he needed to do regarding his application.

He was particularly impressed with the communication from the team, who always kept him informed on the status of his application.

"Maganda at maayos po ang service sa akin ng PTC, approachable at accommodating po ang mga staff. Lagi po silang nagmemessage sa akin para ipaalala na may training at may interview ako. Keep up the good work at sana marami pa kayong matulungan," he said.

3/E Udani has signed his contract with NSB, and his experience is a testament to PTC’s commitment to providing the highest quality of service to its stakeholders.
