PTC proudly joined the maritime community in celebrating the 30th National Seafarers’ Day on September 28, 2025, held at the San Andres Sports Complex in Manila. This annual event paid tribute to the invaluable contributions of Filipino seafarers, who serve as the backbone of global shipping and play a vital role in sustaining world trade.

As part of the festivities, the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) organized the “Disenteng Trabaho Para sa Marinong Filipino 2025” Mega Jobs Fair, alongside a Medical Mission and Wellness Programs. These initiatives provided career opportunities, healthcare, and holistic support for seafarers and their families.

PTC, together with Jebsen PTC and Seaspan, participated in the job fair to further its mission of connecting Filipino maritime professionals with global career pathways. Through its presence, PTC reaffirmed its commitment to not only providing employment opportunities but also promoting the welfare, growth, and development of the Filipino seafaring community.

By taking part in the 30th National Seafarers’ Day, PTC continues to honor and uplift the country’s maritime professionals—ensuring that their contributions to the industry and to the nation are recognized and celebrated.
