PTC’s crewing partner, Seaspan Philippines, represented by Capt. Mihai-Zaharia Munteanu, Regional Crewing Representative - Manila, and Mr. Andre Carlo L. Toribio, Marine Consultant, recently concluded a successful series of career talks at Bacolod and Iloilo to strengthen collaboration with maritime institutions and explore potential cadetship opportunities for aspiring maritime professionals.

The Bacolod roadshow took place on October 21–22 at VMA Global College and Training Centers Inc. and John B. Lacson Colleges Foundation (JBLCF), while the Iloilo roadshow followed on October 23–24 with visits to PHINMA University of Iloilo, Iloilo Merchant Marine School (IMMS), St. Therese–MTC Colleges, and an in-house recruitment event at the PTC Iloilo Office.

Throughout the roadshow, Capt. Mihai and Mr. Andre engaged with hundreds of maritime students and professionals, offering valuable insights into the company’s culture, global operations, and seafaring opportunities. The team shared stories of professional growth and encouraged students to pursue rewarding careers at sea with Seaspan, a world leader in ship management known for its commitment to safety, excellence, and career development.
