PTC’s Liza Arceo hosts PMAP’s Visiting Experts Program at JRU | Philippine Transmarine Carriers

The People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP), through its Academe–Industry Committee, held its Visiting Experts Program (VEP), “First Steps Forward: Mastering the Transition from College to the Workplace,” at the Jose Rizal University CB Auditorium on November 7.
The event was hosted by Ms. Liza Arceo, Learning & OD Manager of PTC Holdings and PMAP-AI Committee member, who guided the session attended by 447 graduating students from programs such as Psychology, IT, Hospitality and Tourism, and Marketing.
The program featured practical discussions on recruitment insights, strategies for thriving in the first 90 days of a job, and how JRU prepares students for professional life. Speakers included Ms. Patricia Oliva and Ms. Sheryl Antonio of HSBC, and Mr. Jefferson Aquino of JRU, with the session closed by Trustee Cynthia Sarayba, inspiring students to approach their careers with confidence and grounded values.
