On April 23, the PTC Group, through its Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), participated in the University of the East–Caloocan Career Fair, engaging with over 500 graduating students and alumni from various programs including Tourism and Hospitality Management, Accountancy, Engineering, Multimedia Arts, Psychology, IT, and Marketing.

PTC TAG representatives Benjie M. Bautista, Chino Morri Hernandez, and Marc Alexander Pesquira represented PTC at the event. They introduced students to the diverse career opportunities available within the PTC Group, placing particular emphasis on careers beyond the shore—highlighting the global and dynamic nature of maritime professions. For many attendees, this offered a fresh and exciting perspective on how their skills could be applied in a global setting.

Further reinforcing maritime advocacy, PHILCAMSAT's Marah Andrea Ramos presented the center’s internationally recognized training programs, which equip aspiring professionals with the technical expertise and certifications needed for successful maritime careers. These programs open doors to a wide array of opportunities at sea—encouraging students to look beyond traditional land-based roles.

The event underscored the vital role of industry-academe collaboration in preparing students for real-world success.
