The PTC RISE Program team successfully conducted a Master of Disaster (MOD) board game session for over 100 youth participants from the municipalities of Dinalupihan, Hermosa, Orani, and Samal during the Bisita Bayan Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) Symposium held on June 7, 2025, at the 1Bataan Command Center in Orani, Bataan.

Organized in partnership with the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) of Bataan and the Office of the Provincial Governor, the symposium aimed to strengthen the disaster preparedness capacities of Bataan’s youth and equip them with the knowledge to stay safe in the face of hazards and disasters.

As part of the program, the PTC RISE team also donated two Master of Disaster board game sets to the Bataan PDRRMO. These educational tools will be used in future interactive DRR training sessions across the province’s municipalities and cities.

PTC RISE extends its heartfelt gratitude to Bataan PDRRMO Officer-in-Charge Rowena Marie Santos and Admin and Training Division Chief Cherry Anne Bautista, as well as to the Provincial Government of Bataan led by Governor Jose Enrique Santos III and Board Member Popoy Del Rosario, for the opportunity to contribute to this impactful initiative.
