Mark Deniel Aviso, a Marketing Management graduate from PHINMA St. Jude College Manila, is one of the many promising young professionals whose career journey was shaped by opportunity, mentorship, and determination. During his final year in college, Mark was endorsed for an internship at PTC Shipmanagement, where he completed a transformative three-month journey. Immersed in the maritime industry, he gained valuable insights not only in marketing but also in ship operations, training, and crew management. His experience included onboard exposure to domestic ships, where he saw firsthand the dedication of Filipino seafarers—an eye-opening encounter that deepened his respect for the profession.
