Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc. (PTC) and Jebsen PTC Maritime Inc. proudly participated in the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) Grand Alumni Homecoming on January 25, 2025. With the theme "Fiesta of Togetherness," the event gathered over 300 alumni and their families for a day of unity and nostalgia.

The PTC Group set up an engaging booth that quickly became a focal point for attendees. Representatives from PTC, Jebsen PTC’s Recruitment and Training Department (RTD), PTC’s Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), and PHILCAMSAT connected with alumni and their families, sharing career opportunities within The PTC Group. Visitors also enjoyed interactive games and exciting giveaways, enhancing the festive atmosphere and strengthening ties within the maritime community.

Beyond networking, the event was a joyful reunion filled with fun activities for alumni and their families. The presence of PTC and Jebsen PTC underscored the industry’s career opportunities for both seasoned professionals and aspiring seafarers.

At the heart of the celebration was PMMA’s rich maritime legacy, dating back to Escuela Nautica de Manila in 1820. For over two centuries, the Academy has shaped world-class Filipino seafarers who continue to navigate the global maritime industry.
