PTC Group Launches 'PTC Gives Back' to strengthen community and environmental initiatives
FEBRUARY 14, 2025

As the PTC Group marks the close of its 45th anniversary, the company is reinforcing its commitment to corporate social responsibility with the launch of PTC Gives Back. This initiative provides employees with various opportunities to contribute to the communities PTC serves through charitable donations, volunteer work, and environmental preservation efforts.

One of the key components of the program is the Alay Kapwa donation drive, which allows employees to pledge a minimum of ₱100 either monthly or annually. Donations may be made through payroll deduction or direct contributions to Alay Kapwa’s Expanded Fund Campaign. Employees who wish to document their pledge can sign a Commitment Form, though anonymous donations are also welcome.
In addition to financial contributions, volunteering opportunities are available through the PTC-CSJ Foundation. Employees can dedicate their time to educational outreach programs at five elementary schools in Muntinlupa: Alabang, Lakeview, Bayanan, Muntinlupa, and Sucat Elementary Schools. Volunteer sessions are scheduled on February 18 and 20, with limited slots available at each location.

Furthering its commitment to environmental sustainability, PTC, through the RSE Foundation and the PTC SSRB team, is conducting a mangrove planting activity in Calatagan, Batangas on February 20 and 21. Volunteers will play a crucial role in restoring coastal ecosystems, helping to combat climate change, and protecting marine biodiversity. Transportation and meals will be provided for participants.
With PTC Gives Back, the PTC Group reaffirms its mission to create a lasting impact beyond business, fostering a culture of compassion, commitment, and collective action. Employees interested in participating are encouraged to coordinate with their respective HR Teams for sign-ups and further details.
