PTC RSE Foundation brings urgent aid to communities in Bulacan and Rizal

AUGUST 1, 2025

As part of its continuing mission to empower communities and respond swiftly in times of need, the RSE Foundation, Inc. (RSEFI) successfully activated a series of relief operations under its Rapid Relief and Recovery (R3) Program on July 24 and 25, 2025, in the provinces of Bulacan and Rizal.

In partnership with the ABS-CBN Foundation’s Sagip Kapamilya program, RSEFI distributed relief packs to 400 families in the municipalities of Guiguinto and Bocaue, Bulacan. The beneficiaries, who had been displaced by Typhoons Crising, Dante, Emong, and the enhanced Habagat (Southwest Monsoon), were housed in a total of seven evacuation centers. The distributions were made possible with the support of the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Offices (MSWDOs) of Guiguinto and Bocaue, the Bulacan Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO), and volunteers from PTC Sea Mariners.

Meanwhile, in San Mateo, Rizal, the RSEFI team facilitated a hot meals distribution activity on July 24, serving 261 families still affected by continued flooding. This initiative was conducted in collaboration with the PTC RISE Program, San Mateo MSWDO, and Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO).

RSEFI extends its deepest gratitude to all local government partners and volunteers who helped ensure the success of these relief efforts. United in compassion, the Foundation continues to stand with Filipino families in times of crisis.
