On August 9, 2025, PHILCAMSAT hosted a Basic Firefighting and First Aid Training for employees of TORM at its world-class training facility, The Mast. Designed to strengthen emergency preparedness, the program combined in-depth lectures with hands-on drills covering fire prevention, firefighting techniques, and immediate first aid response.

Through this training, PHILCAMSAT reaffirmed its role as a trusted partner in maritime education and safety, equipping participants with the vital skills needed to respond effectively in real-life emergencies. The session reflects PHILCAMSAT’s continued commitment to delivering high-quality, practical training that supports both seafarers and shore-based personnel in upholding safety at sea and on land.
