PTC is proud to announce that the first batch of PTC Sea Mariners and Ship Advisers successfully participated in the inaugural PTC Sea Mariners Welcome Aboard Camp, held at The MAST in Maragondon, Cavite! This event marked the official launch of the Sea Mariners program for participating schools and vessels.

Over the course of two days, participants engaged in the Sea Mariners Masterclass, which provided essential training in Basic Seamanship and Basic Drills and Commands. These interactive sessions were designed to equip Sea Mariners with the foundational skills necessary to thrive in the maritime industry.

Represented at this event were the following schools: IMSHS - Sea Mariners Organization (Ismael Mathay Senior High School, QC), TNHS - PTC Sea Mariners (Tunasan National High School, Muntinlupa), Baliwag Maritime Academy (Bulacan), and SRNHS TVL-Maritime (Minalin, Pampanga). PTC was also pleased to welcome future program participants from DepEd Tayo San Pedro Relocation Center National High School (San Pedro, Laguna) and Pacita Complex National High School (San Pedro, Laguna).

PTC extends its heartfelt gratitude to PHILCAMSAT and the dedicated school administrators who made this event possible. Their support and collaboration were instrumental in offering an enriching experience for our future maritime professionals.
