PTC-CSJ Foundation’s 12 partner schools in Muntinlupa City
celebrated National Reading Month through a one-day Reading
Festival with young learners from Kinder to Grade 3.

The annual Reading Festival aims to
encourage the love of reading among
students through various activities
such as storytelling and poem
recitals to “expand learners’
vocabulary, enhance accurate word
usage and develop skills in oral
language and expressive mechanisms
(voice and bodily expressions).”
At Lakeview Integrated School, the Reading Fest theme was “Book Character Day”
whereby learners happily donned costumes of their favorite characters.
The Department of Education has declared November as National Reading Month.

The annual Reading Festival is part of PTC-CSJ Foundation’s Growing Good to Great Kids or 3G Program which is implemented in partnership with Synergeia Foundation and 12 public elementary schools in Muntinlupa City.
