onboarding training for the
members of its Sea Mariner
ships in Noveleta and Iloilo.
Onboarding training is one
of the activities of the Sea
Mariners program which
aims to empower the youth
by developing their
leadership skills. The
training includes an
introduction to the PTC
Group, the importance of
youth involvement, running
an organization, and an
overview of the United
Nations 17 Sustainable
Development Goals (SDGs).
