he PTC Group, through the efforts of its Talent Acquisition (TA) team,
participated in Far Eastern University’s (FEU) Online Mock Interview with Coaching
(OMIC) session to help prepare graduating FEU students for global careers on
land, air, and sea. The activity was conducted virtually on August 22 and 24.

module with Mock Interview for
our trainees, the OMIC event was
a perfect fit for our team,” shared
Ms. Monique V. Calo, Sales &
Operations Manager of PTC
Aviation Training Center.

“The students were nervous and intimidated at the beginning of the mock
interview,” continued Ms. Calo. “But as soon as the interview was over,
they all eased up and were open to constructive criticism. They were all
eager to learn and started to bond with the coaches even with the short
time that we had with them. It was our pleasure to be a part of initiatives
like this to be able to help develop the next generation of Filipino aviation
professionals.”

Mr. Karlo Rosin, Human Resources Officer of
Constellation Travels, Inc., also shared how he
enjoyed being part of the event. “Coaching and
sharing interview tips with students are very fun
and rewarding! Also, being able to introduce
Constellation Travels Inc. to students will help us
increase their interest in joining our company in
the future.”
