The Norwegian Shipowners Association (NSA), represented by Mr.
Larry Gonzales, NSA Cadet Manager, visited the Malayan Colleges
Laguna on March 16, 2022, to explore possible initiatives on
launching an NSA Cadet Program Partnership in the Philippines. This
was announced by C/E Alfredo Haboc, Education & Training Head of
the PTC Talent Acquisition Group.

Mr. Gonzales was welcomed by Engr. Anthony Hilmer Medrano, Chief
Operating Officer and Executive Vice-President of Malayan Colleges
Laguna, together with Engr. Maribel Songsong, Vice President for
Academic Affairs and Capt. Armando Ternida, Dean of Mapúa-PTC
College of Maritime Education and Training. The PTC Group’s Capt.
Ronald Enrile, C/E Alfredo Haboc and Capt. Pol Winston Haboc were
also present at the event.
