Demonstrating the PTC Group’s unwavering
commitment to uplifting communities, the PTC RSE
Foundation joined relief operations on July 25
benefiting 171 families sheltered at the evacuation
centers in Barangay Guinayang, San Mateo, Rizal.
The evacuees, displaced by severe flooding in
low-lying areas in the municipality, were housed
at the local Elementary and National High Schools,
where they received essential goods and supplies.
Joining the relief operations were Hex Brizuela,
RSE Foundation Manager for Programs and Initiatives; Josh
McCarver, Program Officer; Crystal Kay Lopez, Project Associate;
and Pristine Chloe Balmaceda, Program Associate. Their
hands-on support ensured the efficient and compassionate
distribution of much-needed assistance to affected families.

With the support of its partners, the RSE Foundation is set to
continue its outreach in other evacuation centers in San Mateo
in the coming days. These efforts include distributing additional
relief goods and providing hot meals to help families recover
from the impact of the continuous rains brought about by the
Southwest monsoon.
Rooted in the core values of the PTC Group, the RSE Foundation champions community empowerment, resilience, and care—especially in times of adversity. Through initiatives like this, the PTC Group reaffirms its dedication to serving and strengthening Filipino communities across the country.
