training Global Maritime Professionals (GMPs), PHILCAMSAT offers outcome-
based training geared towards dynamic learning. Using this approach enables
GMPs to hit the ground running and effectively put their learnings to practice.
PHILCAMSAT is also the first Philippine maritime training center thrice certified
by Det Norske Veritas for Maritime Training, Maritime Simulator Training
Services and ISO 9001:2015.
