Showcasing its own facility in Maragondon, Cavite, PHILCAMSAT held its
teambuilding program last November 26, 2022. This year’s program is
anchored on the theme ‘RISE-UP” highlighting the importance of 6 critical
elements for developing and sustaining a high-performing team:
Resilience, Inspiration, Simplification, Execution, Unity, and Purpose. The
team-building activities were also designed to promote cohesive and
collaborative efforts from the members of the four participating teams.

The program ended with the processing of activities
and sharing of key learnings. The event was
successfully held through an external facilitator,
co-facilitated by PHILCAMSAT’s Behavioral Program
