The PTC and PHILCAMSAT Audit Team headed by C/E Fred Haboc
joined the Internal Quality Audit (IQA) conducted at the Mapúa-PTC
College of Maritime Education and Training (Mapúa-PTC CMET) at
its Malayan Colleges Laguna campus. The IQA used the OutcomesBased Monitoring Instrument (OBMI) for Maritime Education
Programs.
